5 tips to get your baby sleeping through the night.
About Me
Thank you for visiting my website! I can relate to being a sleep deprived parent. For me, it was so hard and so difficult being unable to function normally. Sleep deprivation had a major effect on my mood, my levels of concentration, and my relationships with my new baby and family. I recall always being exhausted taking care of my son. When I was about to have a baby people told me “you’ll never sleep again” and the prospect of living that way indefinitely felt so overwhelming.
I am here to assure you, it does not have to be this way! You do not have to accept the idea that you will always feel tired and no longer have time to yourself. I am here to help. As a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, I have trained with renowned sleep expert Dana Obleman who has helped over 100,000 families get the sleep they deserve using her thoughtfully designed Sleep Sense™ Method. I also have been working with children as a Pediatric Physical Therapist since 2006. This gives me a unique perspective and knowledge of child development.
I am here to support you every step of the way as you implement positive changes in your child’s sleep habits. My methods are gentle and effective and because I am working with you one on one, they are individually tailored to your needs and goals.
Imagine a life where your child is sleeping through the night and taking long restful naps during the day. Imagine an evening where you put your child to bed at 7:30 pm without a fuss and you can feel confident that they will sleep well and get the rest they need. I would love to have the opportunity to work with you and provide the guidance and confidence you need to help your child sleep better. I believe you and your child deserve many Resftful Nightzzz.

Baby not sleeping through the night?
Success Stories
Stephen’s story:
“Michelle worked hard at getting our son sleeping through the night. Before we took control of the situation, our son was waking multiple times throughout the night and needing us to help him get back to sleep. We were so exhausted. I never knew that learning to fall back asleep, just like many other skills in life, is something that you can teach a child. I noticed immediately how much a full night of sleep can make a difference for our whole family. We can also travel and stay overnight at our family’s homes and not have to worry about him waking everyone up! It also makes it easier if we have a babysitter and they can easily follow our bedtime routine and put our son to bed without a fuss. It’s so much less stress in our lives to know that our son sleeps well at night and during naps and gets the sleeps he needs for his busy day. Walking into our son’s room in the morning and seeing his smiley face is all worth it!”
