About Me
Hello, I’m Michelle. Thank you for visiting my website! I can relate to being a sleep deprived parent. For me, it was so hard and so difficult being unable to function normally. Sleep deprivation had a major effect on my mood, my levels of concentration, and my relationships with my new baby and family. I recall always being exhausted taking care of my son. When I was about to have a baby people told me “you’ll never sleep again” and the prospect of living that way indefinitely felt so overwhelming.
I am here to assure you, it does not have to be this way! You do not have to accept the idea that you will always feel tired and no longer have time to yourself. I am here to help. As a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, I have trained with renowned sleep expert Dana Obleman who has helped over one hundred thousand families get the sleep they deserve using her thoughtfully designed Sleep Sense™ Method. I also have been working with children as a Pediatric Physical Therapist since 2006. This gives me a unique perspective and knowledge of child development.
I am here to support you every step of the way as you implement positive changes in your child’s sleep habits. My methods are gentle and effective and because I am working with you one on one, they are individually tailored to your needs and goals.
Imagine a life where your child is sleeping through the night and taking long restful naps during the day. Imagine an evening where you put your child to bed at 7:30 pm without a fuss and then have the evening to yourself. I would love to have the opportunity to work with you and provide the guidance and confidence you need to help your child sleep better. I believe you and your child deserve many Resftful Nightzzz.
